We have developed a Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE) system to guide our approach and provide consistent best practice principles to HSE management.

All new staff undertake a training program and we run regular refresher training courses.

Measuring our performance goes beyond industry standards to include proactive lead indicators. This also provides our business with more reliable measures to indicate the effectiveness of our injury prevention programs.

To maintain our safety culture, teams are encouraged to continuously find better and safer ways of doing things. They are empowered to take ownership of ‘below the line’ safety items on projects and to engage and consult with contractors and stakeholders on site to foster a proactive safety culture.
